Haniya started her Tennis career at the age of 3 with her dad in Dubai and quickly fell in love with the sport. Haniya developed the love for the game from her father Muhammed.
At the age of 6 Haniya won her first tournament in Dubai and decided to work hard to be a professional, amazingly enough at the age of 8 she became no.1 in UAE in boys and girls and decided to move to Pakistan to Play in a more demanding environment.Within 1 year Haniya became the first ever Pakistani girl to be ranked no.1 in the National rankings of Pakistan against boys. In the period of 3 years Haniya managed to Win over 90 titles and has chosen to start playing international tournaments to become one of the best juniors in the world.
Haniya started competing at the Asian tennis circuit at the age of 10 and within 3 months she became the first ever Asian champion from Pakistan and in her first 6 months she is already number 2 in Asia. Haniya believes she can win the first grand slam for Pakistan and promises to work hard for that goal.Support Haniya’s career and development by helping her have greater access to world class training and facilities.
